I can't transfert from SoA to ToB

Im not sure if Im doing something wrong, or if it's a bug, but my game just won't transfer to ToB after I have won the last battle with Irenicus.

The first time I finished the game, I didnt had installed ToB yet. I saw the movie and the credits. So after that, I installed ToB, used a save game just before the irenicus battle and did it again. I got all my strored exp. points. (this lead me to believe that ToB is correctly install). But when Irenicus die,
I get to the Ellesime party, I get the movie...and then...I get back to Ellesime again! Is that normal? Isnt ToB supposed to jump in? If I talk to her again, i get the same dialog, with the same movie again.

Whenever I open the game again, I get the SoA and ToB skull symbol, and an empty box ( on top of the "options, "load game", "movies"... wich are also invisible!). There's nothing written nowhere! The box is empty and I really don't know what to do! Oh, Watcher's keep isnt on my map either. Did I forgot to do something to get transfert in ToB?? I desperately want to continue to ToB.

Do you have Tdd or any of this large mods installed?I had a simillar problem...........I unistalled Tdd because I think with Tdd you still paly SoA when you finish it I don't know........

Gaurtaur, almost the same thing happened to me! I had TOB installed when I finished Irenicus off, and then my main char and one other party member got to the rocks (to the beginning of ToB), and the rest remained at Ellissime's hall!!! And when I went outside with them, only those four were there, so when I clicked again on the other 2's portraits, they were already at ToB's opening scene! Huh. What I did was I started a new ToB game and imported the final save from SoA, and it worked well.
