Help with Yaga Shura's Heart

Somehow the game didn't give me Yaga Shura's heart after I activated the brazier, even though my quest log said I took it. I freed the slave woman then took the witch's heart from under the bed, then returned to take Yaga Shura's heart but this bug hit. When I speak to the witch she doesn't think I have the hearts either.

So any way to get around this bug? Like does anyone know the item number for Yaga Shura's heart? The "Complete Item Lists" I've found floating around are all, well, not complete.

I suggest getting the savegame editor "Shadowkeeper" and adding the heart manually. The lists there are sorted by item name, not internal codes, so it's easy to find.

Shadowkeeper is a handy tool to have for the many, many bugs and glitches you can encounter :/
