This is very weird.
It worked fine when I only had SOA installed.
But when I install TOB all of a sudden the font gets glitched
I've tried chaning resolution, setting 3D animation on/off, and 3D accelleration on/off.
I had similar issue couple years ago but I dont remember how I got it fixed
