Welp, as most of you know, there is a grand total of one ( i think) heart of the damned, yet there are TWO items that can be up-graded with it. So......which is the best to upgrad it with?

Please send help

It depends on what weapons your party is using. If you have someone using short swords, I'd say have Cespenar upgrade the Short Sword of the Mask, since there are already plenty of good two-handed swords and Gram the Sword of Grief won't get that big of an upgrade.

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

Heart of the damned is best used to create the Short sword of the mask. I gave this to Nalia, and used it for the rest of TOB if i remember correctly. As Sojourner said, Gram sword of grief gets a minor upgrade at best. (something like level drain, though i can't remember exactly) It's likely that if you have multiple tanks in your party, you already have a plethora of two handed swords, and halbreds to give them, so you shouldn't worry about that too much. Anyway thats my 2 cents
