Greater Whirlwind and dual wielding

I have a question about GWW: When you're dual wielding with GWW, how many attacks are made with the primary weapon, and how many with the offhand weapon?

I believe it's five and two. Same as with improved haste.

I thought GWW set your attacks to 10 for the round.

Yes, it's a mistake on my part. I think it's ten and two.

I'm pretty sure you don't do ten offhanded attacks.

As far as i know you always have only 1 attack with second weapon.
So this 10 attacks with GWW will be distributed as 9/1

GWW should distribute it 9/1, although I'm unsure how haste affects it.
