if you get the portal open, then you have killed enough statues, and it should be on the floor somewhere. just keep looking, the tab key feature with TOB is so helpful.

There is a bug where when low level parties enter watcher's keep the statue with Foebane doesn't spawn. This was a bug early identified by Bioware and fixed in the patch.
You sir, will have to CLUA the sword in if you wan't it badly. Otherwise just trudge on without it.

Well, I had this problem, when I first touched the holy book about three creatures spawned, and on htose three statues, there is no foebane. But If you get the portal open, A bunch more statues come to life. I think the 5th ot 6th guy has foebane. So unles your straight of or Irencus's first dungeon, you'll get it.
