Can a fighter/Thief backstabb when he's dual-whielding?
And do both weapons backstab or only you're main?

Fighter/thieves can backstab while dual wielding. The weapon he backstabs with is the first weapon that hits, usually main hand weapon.

And i so what about use any item?
Would it then be possible to backstab with a warhammer or something?

It's weird, because you can backstab with a club, but not with a hammer. It seems like you should be able to use a hammer, though...there's even that song "Maxwell's Silver Hammer".
