As of right now my Jaheira is equipped with something like this
Staff of the Woodlands +4
Red Dragon Scale
Improved Cloak of Protection +2
Ring of Holiness
Ring of Earth Control
Helm of Glory
I believe her AC is around -8 -9 is that good?

I found AC doesnt matter all that much in ToB, everyone worth fighting can hit you anyways, so unless your ac is -14 or less, dont worry bout it.

| I agree, the staff of the ram is the best staff in the game, aside from the staff of the magi- but thats only for mages.
I tried her with the druid staff- I don't remember the name (The one from Kuldahar in IWD) the one you buy from Joluv, but it isn't practical- the extra spells are useless if you need to use ranged weapons- they get erased.

I believe that the fact that you can use the Red Dragon Scale and a cloak/ring of protection at the same time is a bug that is in the original SOA. If you use the latest patch, this is fixed. The same goes for if you are using Throne of Bhaal.
So, it is kind of a cheat to use the cloak +2 with the Red Dragon Scale, now that you know.

| | | give her the best str belt you have and sling of seeking. i regularly do around 20 damage per hit with +2 bullets. if meelee weapon in this config is staff of ram, or upgraded spectral brand and a good shield, youre in good shape. I ususally use her as a meelee backup, for when things look bad m=with primary warrior, my pc, to rush in and sue a combo of staff of ram and natures beaty.
