Dungeons ( spoiler! )

Whats everyones favourite dungeon in the game? Umar, windspear, druid grove, planar sphere, planar prison blah blah

??? What is it and why ? loot, fighting ect fav char to complete it with, favourite encounter in said dungeon

I must know........
Spoiler

for me its sulldanesselar, lots of elves die.. letting damon die, fighting that guy in the rillifane temple then scoring loads of free exp with the rillifane expoit.. not to mention scoring the staff of the woodlands and loads of other good stuff, a dragon encounter (albeit a lame one) and just gennerally seeing the city getting trashed... I like doing it with a theif and pilferring everything / pickpocketing everyone

I have to say that my fav so far is the Asylum...I like the puzzles...I like having to negotiate some of the dungeon with my mind rather than simply running around hacking and slashing....Plus....I like the Slayer...Very cool....First time that I transformed I about crapped my pants....

Second place would go to the Umar hills....Interesting puzzles in this dungeon also....Plus some cool creatures to fight....Black Dragon is a fun apponent....Excellent treasure to pick up....Plus, I get The Night's Gift+5 after completing the quest....And to top it off, this is where I get Mazzy, whom IMO is essential to a good party.

Windspear rocks, you get something of everything there - vampires, greater wolfweres, an enemy party, an old enemy and the best dragon in SoA.

I'd have to say I like the Assylum the best. I loved the riddles, and it had some challenging enemies.

The Kua-Toa dungeon in the Underdark. I just like the Kua-toa graphics.

I'm a very large fan of the woods just before the Ruined Temple in the Umar Hills. It's all dark and spooky and full of little ghosties... Very good atmosphere. The first time through it, I actually got all tense and jumpy.

Id have to go with sundalassar too, just because beatin' up all those golems is fun.... asylum was OKAAAY... but the riddles werent fun because youre given answers that it could be. If youre stumped, you could just go '1. The sky.... no that doesnt work. 2. Fear.... no that doesnt work either' until u get to the answer, whereas when youre TOLD a riddle in person you have to figure the answer out completely on your own

oh and Aramant! i didnt think there were any more army of darkness fans! u know bruce campbell is the tutorial guide voice (that disembodied voice that tells you how to use the controls) for the new spiderman game?

I had no inkling Suldanesselar was a *dungeon*... but its my favourite area anyway. Glorious and resplendent in the majesty of the elegant craftsmanship of the elves...

My favourite dungeon would be... umm... well, least hated dungeon would be Sendai's Enclave in ToB (feels sooo good to see someone pissing in her pants at the sight of you... a nice change from sardonic, overconfident bosses that die ten minutes after their boasts...)

Sendai's enclave is Okay. But Sendai herself is obnoxious. That was the most annoying fight in the whole game.

Yep, I'm one. I liked that movie alot. My favorite scene was his fight with the hag in the water-filled pit. I can hardly think of anything funnier than when he finally got ahold of his chainsaw...

My favorite dungeon has to be the Windspear hills. It has a bit of everything for the discerning adventurer: undead, dragons, a treacherous adventuring party, loot, and those ridiculous hobgoblins! The ogrillons cracked me up. I give it five stars.

Runner up? The Underdark. The charade in Ust Natha is a blast, and decking yourself out in drow full plate is, apart from the bronze pantalettes, the pinnacle of stylish warrior apparel.

Umar Hills/Temple quest areas. Because my main D&D character is a Fighter-Theif, and I acquired several nice trinkets quite complimentry to my profession. It's also got some excellent full on slaughter moments, shadows and shade wolves comming from all sides.

Me likes the fighty.

Well, what do you do as DM when you've allowed a party to advance to the point where they possess the equivalent of armed nuclear warheads at the flick of a wrist? You can only create the equivalent in evil. The world degenerates pretty quickly into a comicbook mentality, IMO.

Yup, I absolutely agree, fable... With all the items/spells/skills you might as well Ctr Y any opponents you deem unworthy to flick your wrist at :P (Thats what I do with goblins/gibberlings/hostile wildlife)
Now, in order to create an enemy really worth something is *really* tough and I must say Bioware has already done an excellent job on ToB.
