Post Dog-summoning

I was surfing with the Infinity Engine and found a funny thing: a dog you can summon, with abilities like a 'healing lick'. So, can you find a scroll in SOA/TOB to summon it, because I'm a bit curious, anyone?

Yes, it's the Moondog Figurine you get during the Ranger Stronghold Quest.

Oh, wasn't it that female halfling who got kicked out of her society because she was too tall, and goes for a life of adventuring with a bunch of misfits, trying to fight against the prejudices of human society who respect her too much because she is taller? Oh yeah, she has this figurine that summons a kitten every day that she can pet and cuddle, and her best friend is this tall bloke with a pink warhammer?

By the way, about dog figurines...while adventuring on the maze floor of Watcher's Keep, I ran into some tieflings who attacked me instantly. Nothing strange with that but before attacking, they also summoned a dog, called Arathis or something...looked just like Cerebus the moondog. Well, naturally I summoned Cerebus who beat the crap outta that hellhound. Does anyone know what that was all about? I mean the dog...
