Win XP Problem with BG2:ToB

Hi. I just reinstalled BG2 on my older PC and when I go to start the game it keeps crashing back to the desktop. I just updated the video and sound drivers 2 months ago and they've worked with everything else I've played.I looked through the forums, but didn't see anything. Has anyone else had this problem?
Please help or point me to where I can get this addressed.

My machine;
P2 433
512MB RAM
GeForce2MX 32MB
SoundBlaster PCI128
20GB HDD

Just find a file named "autoexec.nt" and copy it to your windows\system32 folder

Hmm, have you tried without any mods?

Anyway, you have some conflicts in your mods.

Tactics mod changes alot of encounters. And I dont recall TDD being compatible with any tactics mod. I'm using Big Picture my self (That includes TDD mod) and I've found out that not even all the weimers ease of use mods are compatible. If you got a TDD readme, it might be wise to read that.
