When you e.g tells jaheira that you dont want her in your party but you want her to wait if you need her again, and then does this a couple of times. Will she eventually get tired of you and disappear compleatly from the game? (how many times does it take, and is this for all party-npc:s?)

Yes, you can ditch Jaheira twice and she will leave forever after the third, I think.
Others should be taken back, unless they leave as a part of their own quest.
