Where is Rejiek Hidesman's Boss?

I cant manage to break the code on the letter that I found in that psychopath's house. I have killed that skinless mofo in Trademeet but I want to find his boss, can somebody help me?

Go to Umar Hills and buy "History of the Zhentarim" book from the merchant outside the inn. Things will become more clear then.

No don`t kill him.He is needed for a quest later,with the silver dragon blood.But I dislike killing dragons,especially good ones.Yeah,you can kill him and end the quest aswell.

You've basically completed the skinner quest after defeating the beast in Trademeat. The letter you found leads you to the supplier of another quest that is good for evil inclined characters. If you want to complete the quest, you'll need to keep the guy alive.

Sauron, your first post is again in violation of Buck's forum rules, which I've already posted to you: "skinless mofo" is the culprit. It an acronym that when completely spelt out, is a vulgarity, by Buck's definition. He specifically states that this isn't allowed.

If you want to argue the rules, feel free to write to Buck Satan, the owner of this board. Otherwise, you need to stay in compliance with those rules, all the time.
