Lawful Neutral for me (which may explain why I'm a preist of Helm)

My friend was Neutral Good

When I first read the descriptionm of the Chaotic Neutral alignment,I knew that was me,and later the test just confirmed that.

Kind of silly, those questions. I mean, how am I supposed to respond to: "How do you view lifelong commitment to a single romantic partner?" when it assumes I haven't got one, yet?

I got neutral. Weird, since I dislike druids, and especialy when Cernd yells "for the great balance!"

I come out as true neutral too. But there's some wiggle room in the quesitons, as they're targeted towards an AD&D character, not a person in the real world. Changing no more than three or four answers from my first set of responses actually got me labeled Chaotic Evil.

I suppose I do lean towards the selfish responses on balance. Many of the "good" responses would be unwise or even suicidal. For example:

A powerful but corrupt judge...(Testify on your friend’s behalf, no matter the consequences--probably not a smart idea)

Your community is threatened with invasion...(Help defend it to your last breath--I think I'm more the draft dodger type myself)

Your country is wracked with famine...(Share what food you had with others, which considering the wording of the second option probably means you might well starve as a consequence)

Would you express a revolutionary political opinion...("Yes" means you get shipped to Siberia. Not for me, thanks)

The threat of skunks or matrimony often catalyzes this reaction.

Lawful Evil, huh? I'll make them PAY for that insult!!! Muahahahaha!!!

Just kidding. It took quite a couple of times though, to get that alignment. I think the whole poll as such is leaning towards the good/neutral. But, hey, it's supposed to be reflecting D&D characters and not real people. I mean, if ordinary people go around being Evil they are most likely to frequently get in trouble with the law, whereas most roleplaying games are set in an environment specially design to encourage intrigue. Thus law enforcement is not as present as in real life.
