Watchers Keep - Getting to next level - ***SPOILERS***
At the end of level 3 in Watchers Keep I meet Aeggareth who want's to have a gambling game with him. I do this and he beats me when we bet for the way out but he stills gives me the portal gem.
When I go to Portal it says there is a barrier and can't pass.
Am I missing any thing.
I've killed the demons Ka'rashur & Tahazzer's and a whole host of other creatures who attacked me and none dropped any specific items.
IIRC, you have to collect 3 scepter gems, as well as the scepter, to open that portal. Make sure you don't put them in your bags of holding.

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

You need these to open the portal:
Scepter of Radiance - Yakman's room
Gem #1 - find on Tanar'ri's body
Gem #2 - find on Baatezu's body
Gem #3 - from Aesgareth
Once you have all of them, the scepter should re-assemble itself.
