Is there a patch out there to solve the Viconia romance with elf problem?...

It's not a problem, that's how it's meant to be. She's a Drow, so she doesn't like Elves. Go to my site, I've made a new patch - well it was already in the Happy Script, I just made a separate patch for it. The files will start a romance no matter of your race or gender, so you might only want to use the VICONIA.BCS file.
