Valygar - minor spoiler

When reading the newly added Valygar-quest on gamebanshee I remembered that I was a bit surprised when I returned to the council of six with Valygar in my party. Nothing happened! They asked me something about why I hadn't found him yet (something like that anyway). Buck wrote that the mage got angry when he returned - why didn't that happen to me?

I walked in there with Valygar, tending to some other business, and wondered whether I had a permit to cast magic in the town. So I spoke to Tolgerias ... and he turned to Valygar.

You know those times, when you suddenly feel like 'Oops...'. But it wasn't that bad. Tolgerias got angry, and left. Valygar remained in my party.
