Valgyra and UB

I've recently started on BG2 again and installed this Unfinished Buisness thingy.

Now I can't figure out how to find Valgyra again.
The journal says to find Suna Seni (or something) which is supposed to be at the Copper Coronet after from what I can figure out by in-game journal and various searches.

However - there is no Suna Seni. Is it needed to find this part before going to Spellhold? (If so - then that is poor imo , because I'm after Spellhold cause I wanted Imoen fast). If this is the case - is there another way of finding Valgyra withouth cheating?
If not -then I figure I'll have to look up how to CLUA for the first time ever in BG and spawn in Valgyra (which should be possible from what I've read)

Okay... first : it's Valygar, not Valgyra..

2nd: there's a second way to find him. Just go in his house (Dock district) on the 2nd floor. In a chest or another container, you'll find a tax note. Now, head to the governement building in the governement district, and ask arround for the Tax Collecter. This guy will point you the way.

Suna Seni shows up in the same spot as Joluv, who got moved outside the CC (for me at least, other people have said they found him in other places). You should take a look at your weidu.log file to make sure that part of UB installed. It's component #1, the second one in the list for the mod.

I only know where he is in SoA, as he is in his cabin in the Umar Hills. Just make sure you have a mission to go there. One could be the death investigation one.

He's actually using the Unfinished Business mod, which is a very fine player created add-on to the game. It changes Valygar's location and quests some. For this reason, Valygars location is not where it normally is.
