okay i encountered another problem, i just wanna ask for some help and advise..

arite, so i rescue the "mother"'s eldest daughter from teh mind flayas, and i talk to her, and she told me to go find her at the spelljammer ship or something..

and she told me about some beholder "smuggling" admantine..

so i went there, and nothing happened...no beholder..just my party and male fighter dude and "mother"'s eldest daughter...nothing happened...

then i scouted around and found nothing... nothing happned...

is there suppose to be a trigger or something or did i do anyting wrong?

You're supposed to talk to Phaere, if nothing happens then, then I don't know what's up.

You might be going to the wrong area. If you're going to the area *on the upper platforms* where that ship is docked and the pilot NPC is standing nearby then you're in the wrong area.

You gotta go to the large circular area located at about 5 o'clock on the map. You'll see your Drow contacts there and will have to talk to them before the beholder spawns into the area.

i went to the area where Phare and male fighter dude are, the large circular area, where beholder 'suppose' to spawn..but it did not happen, i think its marked #6 on the gamebanshee map for Ust'Natha.

i try talking to Phare, she did not reply or anything.. and the other male dude, his like "i busy..no time chattering.."

did some mroe help..

In that case, the only thing I can suggest is try resting and then talk to them again...or return to the Underdark and then re-enter the city. Either of those actions might help in triggering the dialogue options you'll need.

I trust you've fully patched your installation?

Most recommend the following install order:

1. SoA
2. ToB
3. Official Bioware patch for ToB
4. Baldurdash Fixpack

Actually you may want to try G3 fixpack. Fable enlightened me about this option and it seems it has all of Baldurdash and more RPG Guy's order is still the correct one however

does the beholder spawn rite when i arrived at the circular place??

or do i need to wait for like 5 minutes before it showed up..

or is it the timing, does it come during the night or morning?

Phare or Solfuaraia guy did not say anything to me...

i tried save 'n load method, it did not work...

is there an alternative way i can get pass underdark without doing quest for the drows? or do i "have" to do quest for drows in order to get to the surface...

oh one more thing...is it possible to return to Ahklata after going through underdark?

You can choose to fight the drows by simply attacking them, then grab the eggs from the temple and take them back to the dragon who will then make it possible for you to get back to the surface. When you get to the surface you can go anywhere on the map just as before, including Athkatla.
