Temple District: Guarded Compound?

There is a guarded compound in the temple district. There are some pretty neat things in here and I was wondering if the building ties into a quest of some sort. I have not found any reference, but the compound itself is very rich in decor and the guardians there are nothing to laugh at also. Anyone know if this is part of a quest?
