The horn that you find in the bridge district..... I think its the Silver Horn of Vahala... Well take it the blacksmith in Waukeens Promnade, keep a diamond and a beljuril gem with around 7,000 dollars and upgrade it twice so you can get a lvl 9 beskerker instead of a lvl 5.

It's the weaponsmith you go to, need a diamond first to upgrade to bronze, which summons a 7th level berserker, then go to the Umar hills, and get the beljuril gem to upgrade it to iron
