Post Shopping you shouldn't miss :

  • Roger The Fence @ Sewers, Temple District
    Has lots of potions that you
    might otherwise run out of.
  • Thief/Fence (name?)
    @ East edge of Waukeen's Promenade
    (only at night)
    Has some high-level scrolls.
  • Weapon Smith (name?)
    @ Waukeen's Promenade
    Get your Silver Horn upgraded (twice)

Here's several more:

Bridge District:
  • Mrs. Cragmoon - sells all kinds of potions, found near the derelict house in the morning
  • Thief/fence - sells scrolls, found near the derelict house at night

Slums at night:
  • Thief/fence near Jan's place - sells some good ammo
  • Thief/fence next to Temple of Ilmater - sells some good weapons, including Martial Staff +3
