Sequencer help

I seem to have trouble with the simplest things, and can't seem to find the answers....thank heaven for you guys.........

I have a sequencer, but I don't find anywhere that tells me how to put the spells in the sequencer and use it........

You just cast it then get to pick which spells you want to store. They must be spells you have memorized.
