| |  Questions about Viconia Romance
How come no one writes about the Viconia romance but there is so many on the Jaheira romance? Also if you are good is it possible? Any specific race or class you must be(i am a half-orc barbarian right now)? What do you have to do for it to succeed? Do you get any items?

That may not be a good idea. Scince your half-orc is green and viconia is blue she may give birth to the red Teletubby!

I am sooo sad to know that! I also know all 150 original Pokemon, their types, what they evolve into and their special attacks!
Role playing for a five year old! Hehe!
Just the reason us parents need to escape into Faeron!
BTW, though I had a romance going in my last game between Aerie and Minsc, I do not remember how it started (hehe a bit like my own!) How/when do romances start in BGII, I don`t remember it being as complicated enough to cause this amount of board discussion! Did I miss something vital?

Yshania that isn't really a romance. Minsc asked her to be his witch. If you played BG1 you know that Dynahier was his witch but she was killed in the beginning of BG2. You heard Minsc screaming about how he is not a man and boo is not a hamster? That is because he was on a dejemma to protect his witch Dynahier but she is dead so Minsc asks Aerie to be his witch.

Well from what I understand your npcs can't romance. Though I did hear about Valygar and Mazzy getting friendly and Mazzy asking him to be her squire.

Viconia will romance anyu human or half-elf male, regardless of class and alignement. I believe Vic is also supposed to romance half-orcs, but I'm not certain this works without Kevin's patch. Go to the Baldurash site and check it out. I've always given Vic rather nice dialogue lines; I guess it is possible to spoil the romance if you piss her off too often. Good luck!

Garret: the reason why no one write about it is that there isn't any problem with Viconia's romance, at least I don't think there are. As Astafas said, half-orc can romance viconia, but you need the bugfix from Baldurdash.
As for the dialogues, listen to what she say, try to be understanding. You also get a few items in the end, but they aren't that good.
Note: Do not sleep with her the third time (yes, the "third" time). Her romance end similarly to Aerie, in the way that she'll leave the party, also - like Aerie's - you can make her stay, tell her that you need her for your quest... |

Halflings can also romance Viconia. My Halfling Assassin imported from BG1 is hat and heavy with her in the Underdark now. He has a 19 Charisma, I'm not sure if that makes a difference. |
