Post Protection from Magic

Are there any spells equal to the Protection from Magic Scrolls? Also, where can you buy a bunch of these scrolls? TIA

Protection from magic scrolls are not magic. They totally prevent magic(except the ocassional death ray) so there are no spells that do that. As far as I know there are only two(and that is two too many if you ask me) and they are sold by Ribald at the Adventurer's Mart.

Thats why the belt of inertial barrier + Valygars armor is so potent , for the 75% resistance to magic damage. Combined with some fire/cold/electric resist and its extremly potent.

My first time through, I bought both scrolls and tried to use them on Kangaxx to keep him from imprisoing my guy, but it didn't work.Isaved them both until the very last battle in Hell vs Irenicus, and used it on him.I killed him faster than a gibberling.

Roger the Fence(temple sewers) sells potions of Magic Shielding which is the nearest equivalent I know of. - Curdis

The guy in the temple sewers sell some potions that do almost the same as those scrolls. I think one gives you 50 % magic resistance. Drink two and you have 100. The other gives you 50 % resistance to magic damage and you also make every save.

Curdis, I should have read your post before posting the same info that you already posted only more accurate.

*** Cheese Alert ***

You can keep the scrolls if you only let your clones (Project Image, Simulacrum) use them.
