Possible surge bug?

hum, ive noticed for quite some time now i am unable to get one of the effects from the wild surge off...

the effect was a color change... and it has since to reverse it self even if you rest, surge again, or dispel magic (option appears when i go to clerics on my character even when there is no "effects" on him)

the color is like.. the sun... im a walking torch right now.. (no light effects though.. nor do i seem to make others blind or give fire damage).

any clue as to how to reverse this?

It can be reversed by getting the same Wild Surge again, just like the sex change... I think... or you can manually edit the colors through the customize option.

the chances that will happen must be slim...

as for customize colors... dont know.. the clothing part didnt seem to change so i assumed the skins would not either... i will go check it out...

nope, customize does nothing, just as expected...

guess i have to "reckless" my way back to original color?

btw. the sex change thing... what did it change exactly (in how it shows it)
the text or the whole avatar?

i remember surging with that "effect" read once but i didnt change to a girl, my teammates didnt change gender... and i cant question the thing i killed though i assumed it was on me or one of my members.. not the monster.

As far as I've heard the sex-change does nothing to the text in the game. You will still be percieved as your original sex by everyone you meet. And you can't start to romance people of your original sex unless it's a mod npc that was homosexual in the first place. It should change your appearance and the paper doll in your inventory I think.

If it hit the monster and not someone in your party then there may just not have been a female version of it in the game... Or maybe female orcs or beholders or whatever just look very similar to male ones...

but are you sure i have to hit the same surge to change back in terms of colors? i was told before just another surge or rest... there are effects that must roll x2 to change back?
