Angry Patches

I have a question about patches. While I am pretty literate, I'm definitely not a whiz. I've read about them here, and havent really given them much though because I thought it'd be alot to get into. I kinda like to get in, play the game, get out. But now my paladin is magic resisting my heal spells. Is there one patch that fixes most of the things, or will I have to get multiple patches for multiple things? The magic resistance thing is the only thing that's bothered me so far.

I'd suggest going to Baldurdash and downloading every FixPack available (easy to install). Really makes the game more enjoyable by letting you play it the way it was meant to be played.

Also if you are a total cheese monger like I am, and you love cheesy stuff about the game, you will love the balderdash patch cause the simpler exploits, like stackable defensive spells dont work, so you really have to work to get the same effect.... much more fun to have to work for your cheese...

When you say "patches" you're talking about the unofficial ones yes? You have installed the official game fixing patches I take it?

I'm not using the unofficial patches, but have the most up-to-date official ones there are. Easy to download and easy to install, I recommend you use them.

Oh yes, official patches are essential. As has been said,it's very simple. You download, you run, you let the patch do the rest.

I would strongly reccomend though that you get the Baldurdash fixpack in addition to the official patch (which is avaliable at the site of Bioware). That is also a case of simply downloading, and running (after the official patch I might add).
