Party problems - Tell me!

Ok, this may seem like a double post. (Sorry)
But I would like to ask my question in a different way.
I'm gonna play Baldurs Gate 2 "Collectors edition" (Proud owner) with ToB installed. And Iv'e been thinking of what party I should have.
How ever I am worried about the conflicts in the party, especially those leading to the death of someone. I would like o know if this party would work or if it's doomed.

This is my party:
PC - Alecsander - Druid: Cha 18, True neutral.
NPC - Minsc
NPC - Edwin
NPC - First Yoshimo then Imoen.
NPC - Nalia or Aeire
NPC - Jaheira

Please, tell me the truth! :P

Caxen, spoilers ahead (highlight to read)

Minsc and Edwin will fight. They hate each other due to conflicts in the past, and it will bring quite some conflict. Either use Jan or install a mod to retrieve the conflicts (ease of use shall do the trick)

Regarding the rest of the players, no fights are supposed to happen except for a few discussions. In your place I'd run to the underdark early to boost Imoen spells and keep Aerie instead of Nalia; or keep Nalia and do the underdark later, since you guarantee your high level spells.

Tell me, are you playing a plain druid? Why?
