Paladins in ToB

Im getting really confused about this thing about spells..... some say they will get level six spells, while others say they wont go higher than level 4... what is true?

wouldnt the level six spell, harm just rock with a paladin?

Level six spells? Not that I know of. They do get summon Deva though, which is a high level spell (quest).

Paladins will get 3 spells of each level up to 4th. Summon deva is a special ability that a paladin can have which is essentiall a lvl 7 priest spell but only better for paladins. Why? Because it doesn't take a precious spell slot for a paladin like it does for a priest.

alright... now as for the devas; do fallen paladins get the fallen deva (demonic) insted of the angelic deva that normal paladins get? would be cool when a paladin fights against a fallen paladin...

and are the devas equal, or is one of them better?

Fallen Deva and Dark Planetar are equal to their holy counterparts. Fallen Paladins (and rangers) are treated as fighters, so no, they wouldn't get the high level summons.
