Garrick is in the Temple District, trying to seduce a knight (a female, off course!).

Isn't Tiax held in Spellhold ?

SPOILERS (Highlight to read):
Adjantis is one of the polymorphed paladins that you kill by mistake in Windspear hills. You don't find that out unless you have Keldorn in your party.

Coran and Safana appear at the end of chapter 6 if you explore the area west of the big tree that leads into Suldanessalar.
