Nobody talks to me!

Maybe somebody can help me out. Nobody, and I mean nobody will talk to my characters. Everybody always "appears busy" This makes it impossible to complete any more quests

This sounds like the problem a lot of people had when they installed Throne of Bhaal on a computer running Windows 2000. The official ToB patch fixes it.

It's a windows XP problem.
