i heard of a jade hound figurine in the game, now i know you can CLUAConsole it in, but is it actually in the game? if so where can i find it?

i think it is a reward during the ranger stronghold quests but i'm not positive

For completing the ranger stronghold quests, you get a Moondog figurine (best figurine in the game), but I don't think it's made of jade.
I've heard of a jade figurine that was originally intended for the Druid stronghold quest, but never was in the game.
