Need thac0

My assasin needs thaco he has 21 on off hand and (being me i found out ill only have 14 in the off hand)

What's his base THAC0? Since you're dual wielding, did you put any points in Two Weapon Style? Also which dagger are you using, does it gives THAC0 bonus?

thac0 14???? thats horrible?! my lvl 23 assassin has thac0 5 in main hand and thac0 10 in off hand (1 and 6 while hidden in the shadows) and i dont even have a star in two weapon style! thac0 is 1 (-3 while hidden in the shadows) when using single weapon style.

Huh, a base THAC0 of 14 is for a lvl 15 assassin IIRC...If this is your adjusted THAC0 your char sucks, sorry !
To have a better THAC0 you need
-better proficiencies- but a thief cannot specialize
-better strength - girdles et al.
-better weapons - their + is to THAC0
-at worst give up your off hand weapon, better to have one reasonable THAC0 than two crappy ones...

IMO best idea is to start as a Fighter and immediately switch to Thief. A 7th lvl Fighter has THAC0 14, can have 18/xx strength naturally, has already 6 profs slots AND can specialize...
My dual Ftr6/Thief23 (he's only Ftr 6 as I did BG1 and TotSC with him) has a base THAC0 at 10, but has +10 bonuses so has a real THAC0 at 0 (auto hit), -4 when backstabbing...

He's only using +1 at the mo his base is 18 on is 17 and of is 21(at the mo)in the end he only gets 10(on) and 14 (off)

I still have difficulties understanding your question...
What do you mean by "at start", "at the moment", "in the end" ?? You refer to game progress ?
More importantly, what are your char's weapons specs ? If you're a straight Assasin I suppose you only have 1 level in each...So it's a bad idea to dual wield, as you fight at -2(main)/-6(off hand)...
Why didn't you use "THAC0 improvers" such as :
-Girdles of strength (+3 or +4 depending on the type)
-Bracers of wpn mastery (or stg like this) gives +1
- AND use a real kickass weapon (at least +3 !)
With all this you could gain a total of +8/9 to your on-hand THAC0, it'll change your life...
Else give up playing crappy Assassin, try a Swashbuckler, or dual a Fighter to Thief...

Put more *'s in the dual-weild slot and in the type of wepons you are using.

I've created an Assassin with your stats and got the same THAC0 as you did, so I don't think there's a problem with your Assassin. The best 'natural' THAC0 for Thief classes while dual wielding is 10 and 14; you can put a star in Two Weapons Style, and they will become 8 and 12. To improve it further, use weapons that give THAC0 bonuses.
