Monks Rule!

Sweet Jesus!
I recently posted a thread asking what is a cool class to solo since i have never soloed, Mak suggested a monk, well i though "Bah, a unarmed fighter! right" but the i got back from refing a local AAU Wrestling meet (Us High Schoolers have to help at meets, those little Gladiators are like gibberlings) and i got home and said okay lets check out a monk, I read the kit description and was amazed all those abilties! So i start off and i was amazed grant, i can dectect traps but i can't disarm them, i can't cast spells, and I'm not the best fighter (Yet,) but jees! and all the expereince goes to...ME! keep checking the board for:

Monks can't open locked doors http://www.gamebanshee.com/ubb/frown.gif
You can always force-open them, but even with 19 str still most doors don't open.

The monks RULE but just arn't made for soloing (although i'm currently soloing one)

For forcing doors you can use potions of storm/fire/cloud etc strenght...

Or Draw upon holy Might once or twice, traps suck though they are killing me, any suggestions?

I guess it is not the first time you are playing. So just go around them. In most cases it is possible. Later on you can get the sword that has mirror image - it helps, too.
