Mods with BG2 CIDER on Mac

Hi everyone!

I have this question:
i have BG2 installed on my macintel,
the version is made with a cider port, in a way it is a windows version modified to run on Mac OS

So:
how can i install mods?
So far, mods for mac won't work, and for windows come in a .exe, wich i cannot open

Is there a way my friends?
