Member? Junior Member??

I just noticed a change with my account here ... I used to be a Junior Member, and now I've suddenly become a Member (not that it angers me or whatever, I'm just surprised, that's all http://www.gamebanshee.com/ubb/smile.gif )

I've looked into the FAQ regarding this change of status, but it doesn't deal with it. Can anybody write down the 'full story' regarding this issue?? Thanks in advance.

Heh, well I'm not sure of the "full story" but I know it switches after a certain number of posts. I think you can even improve from member.

Imagine the glory of being a veteran?!? =D

To view your total number of posts, just click on your profile. (little face with a ? by it next to the time and date of post)

Erm .. wait a second there, Equis ... you are moderator of this forum, and don't know about this change in status?? Can you explain that a bit?

I'm not sure what you mean Maurice? The change in status comes after a certain number of posts. I'm unsure of the exact number, but I believe its 30.

Its just a way that the creators of the script put in to show a level of seniority. Other than that, there are no benifits.

Equis is correct. After 30 posts, you are "promoted" to a Member. However, there is not a higher ranking for more posts.

The only rankings are:

Junior Member
Member
Moderator
Administrator

What I meant was that you (Equis) are a moderator of this forum, but didn't know about this effect in the script, that's all.

I assumed (appearantly incorrectly) that you guys would have known about this ... but Buck Satan already explained it, thanks for the info.

(BTW, is there a way to be promoted to Moderator, or even Administrator? :-))

Can't we vote to establish some more ranks like :
Veteran for 100 posts
Gamemaster for 250 posts
or something like that
