Meeting in front of C.C.

In Graveyard District you will found the man named Tirdir who is buried alive. He will give you the piece of red cloth…

After killing (in B.D.) for that responsible people you can enter the house and free some woman in first floor. In one chest you will find a letter with request for delivering that women to some guy in front of C.C.

Did anybody meet those guys after releasing woman or you must do something else (kill her or what?)
