Meeting Bhodi!!! Need Help!!!

I can't seem to get bhodi to appear in the graveyard, i have done almost every quest in Capter 2 because i wanted to get them out of the way, and i mean all of them except some of the charactor specific ones. I have spoken to Gilean Baal or whatever his name is since recieving word to talk to 'Valen's Mistress' but have not accepted his help or paid him. Does speaking to him again mean the bhodi will not appear anyway or have i just hit a bug? It is hour 0 and i have tried resting repeatedly etc and still nothing...

Any suggestions?

There is a time limit, I think 10 days, from the time you're told to meet her until she stops showing up. If it's been longer than that, you missed her.

And you have shown up after dark, right? Bodhi won't appear in daylight.

If you have spoken to Gaelan Bayle a second time you have joined the thieves guild and Bodhi will not appear. Unless you specifically asked for more time. Are you sure you did not pay him in your second conversation?

I'm sure i haven't paid him. But it has been WAY longer than 10 days.

If i go with the thieves guild can i still get the Silver sword and go down to the under water city?
