Question Mask of King StrohmIII , Can't find 2 pieces

I only have four pieces of the mask. I've cleared the level and killed all of the guardians. Two or three guardian cells were empty when I killed the Djinis. Any help on where the pieces are would be appreciated.

Yes, I've killed all six djinnis. I haven't taken on the invisible elemental yet. Are all of the pieces in the djinnis' cells? Because a few were empty after I killed the occupants.

each piece of the mask is found after killing a guardian. have you killed the director (beholder)? i dont know if that matters at all but i killed him after the first guardian. if youve already done that my only advice is to check the cells again but youve probably have done that a few times if youre posting this.

B-Team: Thanks for your attention. Yes, I've killed the beholder and have spent about 2 hours checking and re-checking the level for items. Something is definitely wrong. Could it be because I'm playing this dungeon out of sequence? I haven't completed most of the Chapter 2 quests (sewers, slave compound, etc.) I accepted two quests in the tavern and then went Nalia, Trademeet, tomb. Another strange thing is that I killed the Air Elemental but wasn't able to pull the bucket up the rest of the way to get whatever was in it. I may go back and replay killing the Djinnis and see what happens. Thanks.

Cool

If you have slept since killing the guardians the pieces are most likely gone. They are not part of the main story and will not stop the story from continuing so they will disappear after a certain amount of time.

Weasel, thanks. That was it. I replayed the level and found each item. The key for anyone having trouble is the information that each piece is with a guardian, so after each kill you should find a piece of mask. When the last guardian is killed, the mask is assembled and placed in the inventory of the lead character. BTW: the bucket does not come up. Off the Air Elemental and the helm appears in your inventory.
