Could someone make me a Katana?
This was the weapon used by the most famous assassin in Kara Tur, he was the greatest thief the world had never seen. He received this powerful weapon after completing a series of succesful missions for the emperor, who decided he was worthy of the blade. It was made by the emperors best weapon smiths, and then tempered in the bloods of red, black, silver and blue dragons. The legend says this weapon would make anyone almost as good as thief as the original owner, but because of the strong enchantments, the katana requires much from its wielder, and it is only usable by a thief. How it has ended in your hands, is anyones guess.
1D10+4
THAC0+4 bonus
-1 to strenght
-1 to constitution
+1 to dexterity
regenerates 1 hp/6secs
immunity to poison
+45% to hide in shadows/walk (silently?)
+35% open locks/set snares/detect traps
+15% detect illusion
on each hit the target must save vs. spells or receive additional 2 points of fire+acid+cold+electric damage
only usable by assassins(or just pure thieves?)
And is this too powerful/cheesy? opinions/trashing accepted  |

i could but if you have icq its alot better to send also whats the name of the person who had the katana? can i make it up? and what do you want the katana to be called?

I think it'd be better if it wouldn't be mentioned since he was an assassin after all, and being anonymous is an advantage...

OH YEAH!!! its almost done i know i said a few days that was BS. just testing it out now and i need to know what icon you want the katana to have i have it useing the CF+3 icon ,so if you want a diff one let me know oh and if you want any more items,anyone,then just drop me a line on icq or email,btw this is my FIRST Weapon too and i think i have done a good job too oh i also made a ammo bag and potion box but they will be in ToB so i wont be puting it on the net,i was think of puting the katana on the net but i wont this weapon is just for you

oh and i need to know how you want to get the katana in bg2 do you want to buy it,find it or kill someone who has it? keep in mind i cant put it in so you can find it i can put it in a shop the cost is 5000gp (tell me if you want it changed) i have not try to put stuff on cre before i can put it on some one who is allready in bg2 it will be harder to make a new cre.

Kai - would you mind please practising your weapon making skills on me? - I will report back!
I am in search of an impressive Scimitar for my Avenger. I am taking lots of time meandering through Chapter 2 determined to do all quests this time(now that I have Sabres patch that makes all strongholds available!)
So if you really wouldn`t mind using me as a guinea pig (BOO!) I would really appreciate it. If you could do it could you make the weapon available somewhere in Chapter 2 with a cryptic clue as to where it is?
I will leave it to you as to whether I fight for it and who I fight etc, and as to it's properties - feel free to use your artistic abilities!

WOOHOO!! ive finish the katana its in the final stages of testing but im have to reinstall bg2 coz i was testing the katana on a old save game that was already hacked to **** with stuff bg2 didnt like,like going to hell from jonny boys dungeon and Yshania you can al long has you have icq my number is up the post a bit
