mage stronghold - question!

I am a little confused. After I train the soon to be mages nothing seems to happen.

I go with options 1 and 1 and tell them to stop on the third alternative so that noone dies. Everybody is happy at graduation.

So do i get nothing in reward for saving their lives. I have tried resting in the sphere for 10 days but not a single cowled wizard appears. I thought i should get the apprentices on a more regular bases? am i wrong?

I haven't seen any more mage stronghold missions after graduation either although it seems like there should be and I've seen posts suggesting there are. I'll let you know more if/when I figure out more.

Actually, you have to leave the mage sphere after the graduation, two days later a messenger appears and say that you must meet the cowled wizard in the sphere.

When you get there you will be ambushed by a gang of fanatics hired my a lord "something"

You get a rune of imprisonment to use on him, after you have done that you return and are rewarded with 1 apprentice that will make potions for you .

What kind of potions, and how often (or how many at a time) can you get with that apprentice?

You get 1 potion a week. I think the generating is random. I have not bothered talking to him after i got him cuz mages generally have little use for potions.

You have to very powerful to be able to defeat all enemies alone. What are your stats and your Level?

erhm - i am not using a cheating editor - but are using the XP cap remover.

I play a cleric mage at level 18/15 i think

My intelligence, wisdom and dexterity are 18, con 16 the rest is 8

Where do you have the expcap remover from? Where to download it?

www.teambg.com go to the download section. And download it. There is also a patch there that fixes the number of attack pr round for Grand mastery. BG2 does not use the standard AD&D rules for number of attacks with grand mastery. This patch fixes it.
