Lost familiar - how do I get him back ?

My familiar is not in my pack and I can't summon a new one , what can I do about this ?

I had something similar, i was struck by a ******* Nishru and lost my familiar and girdle of XXXX giant strength. I haven't actually tried to resummon my familiar but I will tonight....

Anyone know where you can find a summon hakeashar scroll (nishruu's big brother), cause i wanna test its skiilzz against my mages.
