Question little bit problem with conversation

I've got a little bit problem with conversation with peoples in BGII:SoA... Big problem. They don't want to speak with me. They are in blue conversation mode, I HAVE TO speak with them (Aran - end of chapter 3, Travin - second temple district quest, ore merchant, many other mertchants and others...) Sometimes they cleared their minds and they wil speak with me, but second not again. Only they all are busy and always busy. And I have completed Arans last quest, but he don't want to speak with me about it to end chapter.

Had anyone same problem and solved it? Please help me, because I'm boring now, when I can't continue.

Thanks, Cair

A little less conversation and a little more action as elvis would say

If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.
