limited wish full plate +2 (bugged?)

I blieve the full plate +2 created by limited wish will slow who ever wears it by 1 or 2 speed factors.

I didn't notice at first until one of my character (Anomen at the time) was walking slower than other characters (so was his attacks). I tested it by having mazzy race anomen and he was clearly slower. I didn't know the problem so I played on. Then, I got a better armor for anomen so I switched his to mazzy. Then I noticed mazzy is slower. I took off the armor and she's normal again.

Don't know if this is a bug or just a prank by that stupid genie.

Another problem, anyone know how to stop Keldorn from killing Viconia? He just says "I gave you your warning!!!" and slaughter Viconia w/ his holy avenger and boot of speed...

Yeah, kick Keldorn out of your party! (Or Viconia, if you prefer him better). It is just not going to work to have them BOTH in your party. And from a role-playing perspective, this is good. After all, Keldorn is Lawful Good, while Viconia is Neutral Evil.
