Jaheria harper quest

I kinda screwed up at first on this one. I got to the part wherer u fight galvery but at the time I couldn't handle the battle (I had no idea of tactics seing as it happens near the start of chapter 2 and waz my first RPG) so i went inside initiated dialouge got journal updated and fled.
I then forgot aqbout it. Now in chapter 6 I remembered it. I went back in and slaughtered them. Afew days later the women comes to me blabing about how i didn't like galvery. Then I mentioned about me being a bhaal spawn and she went off saying she ws going to try and convince the others. How long does it take to do this quest now? do i have to play for ages or can I do the pause thing used in romances or is there trigers? I want to get it done so I can go on into sundelesar. HELP?!?

Are you currently in a romance with Jaheira? If not then the delay is based on game time, I think it's about 3-4 days between events - there are about 4 events after the one you just had. If you are having a romance with her, then the pause thing with the romance might work, I'm not too sure about it though.

I waited 3 days in the mean time and then after 3 days demir (sp?) comes and jaheria renonces her harperness. Is this the end? Is there any pece full way to resollve the proble without fighting demir? Does killing him continue the quest?

The first time he come, he'll talk to Jaheira for awhile and leave. When he come again, you have to fight him, it's part of the quest. There is one bit left after thing, Terminsel should appear in about 4 days or so.

Is the first time he comes when jaheria renonces her harper status? or am I supposed to fight him? I read in the gamebanshee quest guide that after something jaheria leaves during your next rest and you find a note? Then you go to the harper hold and patch things up with jaheira and the harpers and jaheria get the harper pin?

This is what I think the sequence for the Harper quest is, not too sure if you can do it any other way or not.
- Poisoned man (Renfield)
- Zxar's quest, find Montaron in Harper stronghold
- Jaheira is summoned to the Harpers
- She comes back tell you to go to Harper place, fight Galvarey
- Revianne appear and talk to Jaheira concerning Galvarey and leave
- Dermin appear, Jaheira renounce the Harpers
- Dermin appear again, ask Jaheira to come with him, she refused
- Next time you sleep, she leave the party, Terminsel appear giving note telling you that she has gone to the Harper place, go to there and get her back
- Dermin appear again, with a few other people, kill Dermin
- Terminsel appear, giving Jaheira Harper pin

Edit - I haven't actually finished the quest yet, got as far as Dermin's third appearance where I killed him. The timing between events is about 3-6 days, I believe Terminsel's second appearance takes longer, not sure.

This should be in a faq somewhere, sabre. I am quite familiar with the quest, but this is the best and most consise explaination for those who are modeeerately familiar with the quest I have seen. all the others are not in a simple list, and this would be most helpful in seeing at what point you're in, and to check what do I do next!

The thing is that I'm still not really sure about it yet, when I'm absolutely sure about the sequence of things I'll make a more detail list - which will have the romance version of the quest as well, hopefully.

I've got to the part where you kill dermin but I haven't had any thing alse scince. It wsa 36 days ago that I killed dermin. Is there a trigger and Is it just screwed? if so is there something i can do with shadow keeper to start it off again from where i left off?

There is a trigger, but the delay is only supposed to be 5 days.

Try setting the following, they are all in the Global section.
DerminSpawn to 10
TerminselSpawn to 4
TerminselAppear to 1 or 0

The trigger is the TerminselAppear timer, this is set to 5 days. But there might be a problem with the setting of the timer, I'm not too sure - need to have a look through the codes, which is nine pages long. There might be some problems with the link between the quest and Jaheira's romance.

Just incase it helps sabre the TERMINSELAPPEAR value in shadow keeper is: 13406675. The DERMINAPPEAR is 10 and the terminselspawn is 4.
So is i only the terminsel appear value that is different? Should I just change that to 1 nd see what happens?

Setting the TerminselAppear to 1 should make him appear, this will also set Jaheira's LoveTalk to 71 - I am not sure why Manveru did this, I'll have to look through the script.
