Jaheira romance stuck? :(

Hello, doing BGII again and seem to have a romance problem with Jaheira. The first through time I choose Aerie and had no problem

. But this time with Jaheira things seemed to be going well with here talking all the time and opening up but now she is not talking anymore. I don't think I did anything wrong (no sleeping around

, took her side over Aerie). Is there a trigger I missed. I did the below (spoiler below)

I got her the locket which she liked and chose the romantic line that seemed to choke her up, did the curse quest and cured her, when she was kidnapped I offered myself instead. Now I'm doing Bohid's maze and still nothing?
Any ideas?

Oh yes, my rep is 20 and she does complain about 'balance'. Could this be stopping it?

Reputation does not have any effect on romance. Did she get call back to the Harper place after the Bandit thing? Also her romance only run during chapter 2, 3 and 6.
