Items from BG1 that transfer over to BG2

I know many of these have been asked and answered before but I cannot seem to track down any relevant topics.

When you import a character from BG1 to BG2 you wake up in Irenicus' lab with no items on you. If you had the golden pantaloons they will be hidden behind a painting in the dungeon. Does this happen with any other items (Someone has previously mentioned to me something about the helm of balduran being replaced)

Also I have previously seen posted something about Drizzt's scimitars and how he's not very happy if you're character had them in BG1. Is this that Drizzt's isn't impressed that you have his swords (using a cheat or pause technique to keep BG1 equipment) when you meet him on your way to kill bodhi, or does it register the fact that you killed/and or pickpocketed Drizzt in the first game.

On a final note does the cloak of balduran appear anywhere in the second game, IMHO this was one of the best items in BG1 and the best cloak by far. I have looked for it but to no avail, it seems a shame that they have all the other balduran stuff in the second game but left out the cloak

only one or two items from bg1 show up. i believe if you had either chain mail +2 or chain mail +3 it will replace the mail of the dead, and also if you had some thing you could buy from thalantyr (a claw of X, i think), then it will replace the helm of balduran
