Is this a quest or I'm just imagining things?

Quick question. I just disposed of Bodhi, so I staked her and everything and Imoen got her soul back. So I find across Bodhi's room these 3 books in the chest and when I picked them up its says "Your map has been updated" so I went to see what has been updated but nothing has. So I read all the blasted books and it said something about puting the heart on the altar of Amautor. But the only Altar I can think of is the one where you fight the shade lord. So I went there and I can put it there, or is there another altar or is this even a quest? Any help?

if you have already explored a map, in a previous quest, and a new quest takes you to that location, you will get a map update message, even though you can already get there,,,,

If you didn't have a romance, you don't need to worry about the heart.
