Post Is there a way to un-hostile people?

Hello all forum users and readers,

I am in a game doing my mage stronghold quest with TOB installed. I was waiting for them mages to make me item when I was testing the wish spell. After a while I when back and check on my apprentices and they all went hostile at me.

How do I get them back to friendly state without reloading from the start? Is there a way to unhostile them? Polymorph? Flesh-to-stone? Dire charm?

Any help will be appreciated...

Dire Charm will work for a while, but once it wears off they'll be hostile again.

Looks like reloading, I'm afraid.

There may be a way. Do you have any mods installed?

Dear Sojourner,

I don't have any mods because I left the game for 6 weeks because of work and exam. I also don't know whether the mods are compatible with TOB, and I remember that TDD is not compatible with TOB.

I don't know how many are out there or where to find them either, but if it can help I will give anything a try...

I was asking because mods make it difficult to fix things. If you would zip up your savegame and e-mail it to me at:

maria@hlmcpherson.com

I'll have a look at what's going on.

You could try killing them, that usually un-hostiles most characters for me.

I'm surprised no-one suggested this sooner.
Thank goodness I resisted the temptation.
