btw, I have some minor mods like xpcap remover, multiromance, the "quicker" version of Irenicus dungeon (when he dd to underdark... ) and maybe some more, but I'm not sure. Do I have to delete all of this or can it be?

ToB replaces a lot of files and will break a lot of your mods and may not be compatible with some of them. The best way to install ToB is over a clean install of SoA, then re-install the mods after making sure they're compatible. If you had backed up your dialog.tlk file and override directory before installing any mods, you can simply replace these with the originals.
